Below are the terms of use for orexanalytics.com that you agree to after filling out an online application (example, “Agent Application) on our website as well as when you become a participant in our program. If you disagree with the terms of use, please do not fill out an online application.

General Program Agreement

After filling out an application on a form on our website (for example, “Agent Application”), you are agreeing to our privacy policy and the below agreements of our program. You are also agreeing that you are above the age of 18.

Program Participation

After becoming a participant in our program, you agree that we can reach out to you when we have a project that we think you may be a good fit for. You are also agreeing to receive any newsletters or communications from OREX Analytics. You can opt out of our program at any time. Additionally, this program can be stopped at any time and we hold the right to remove you from the program if we see fit for any reason.

Privacy

Here at Orex Analytics, we take privacy incredibly seriously. Anything you send to us will be screened for your name, email address, phone number mailing address and be redacted for use. In the unlikely event if any personally identifiable information accidentally does not get redacted before use, you agree that you will not take any legal actions to or against OREX Analytics or any other related corporate entity.

By becoming a participant, you agree that OREX Analytics will not be held liable for any damages that may arise from you participating in our participant program. You agree that you will not take any legal action against or sue OREX Analytics or any relating corporate entity for any reason.
